After about two weeks at sea, you will reach Portimão on the Algarve coast of Portugal. An intensive team building program awaits you here:

On Tenerife, the program includes climbing Mount Teide, Spain's highest mountain. This hike offers you insights into geological processes and the island's impressive volcanic landscape. You will also visit an international school, take part in classes and make contact with local students. Together with a local guide, you will explore the island and deepen your understanding of Spanish culture.

In Mindelo you can dive into the underwater world:

• Snorkeling: Explore the colorful coral reefs and diverse marine fauna.

• Sea turtle watching: Learn more about the conservation of these fascinating animals and their importance to the ecosystem.

• Cultural excursions: With local guides you will discover the most beautiful places on the island and gain insights into the life and traditions of the Cape Verdeans.

Exciting activities await you in Dominica:

• Jungle hike: Led by Rastafarians, you will take an adventurous tour to the steaming Boiling Lake.

• Community life: You spend time with the local community, help with the cocoa harvest and cook traditional dishes together.

• Waterfall Expedition: A hike takes you to an impressive waterfall where you can experience the power of nature up close.

A bus with local music accompanies you to the highlights of the island:

• Baby Beach: Relax on this idyllic beach with its clear, shallow waters.

• Arikok National Park: Explore the impressive landscape with its cacti, caves and unique rock formations

You hike through the dense rainforest, listen to the calls of exotic birds and breathe in the moist air that smells of earth and flowers. Your destination: the remote village in Bemes, where you get a deep insight into the daily life of the people.

There you will become part of the community and actively participate:

For a week, you will immerse yourself in the heart of Panama. Your host family will welcome you with open arms and you will become part of their everyday life. You will work in the fields, prepare traditional dishes and experience first-hand what it means to live in harmony with nature. In the evening, you will gather with the villagers around the campfire - there will be dancing, laughter and stories exchanged. But the adventure continues:

Saving sea turtles in Costa Rica
Now it's getting serious: for eight days you will be part of an important nature conservation project. Together with researchers you will work to preserve sea turtles, collect valuable data and learn how you can actively contribute to protecting the oceans. This intensive time will challenge your team spirit and give you deep insights into the fascinating underwater world. You will:

  After this experience, you will travel by boat to Bocas del Toro – ready for your next adventure!

You visit an English-speaking school, take part in the lessons and invite the local students to spend a day on board. During the BBQ with live music, friendships are formed that can last a long time. Other highlights:
