Who can come on board?

This educational program is aimed specifically at young people between 14 and 17 years of age who are currently attending school and are curious to strengthen their personal development through an extraordinary learning experience at sea.

Parental consent

Since our participants are usually minors, we require a written consent form from your parents or guardians. You can find the template here: [Download permission letter] – and send it to us along with your application.

 

How does the selection process work?

After an initial review of your application, if your profile appeals to us, we'll invite you and your parents to a video interview. During this conversation, we'll get to know you better, clarify any questions, and determine together whether you're a good fit for the team.
